  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for maximum flavor.
  • Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F–400°F).
  • Grill the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the preheated grill. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 175°F–185°F and the skin is crispy.
