Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil for searing
  • 8 oz Pasta fettuccine or spaghetti
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • pinch Nutmeg optional

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken bites with salt and pepper. Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat and sear the chicken for 5-6 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
  • Add garlic and butter to the pan, stirring until fragrant and the chicken is evenly coated in the garlic butter sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
  • Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente.
  • In a separate pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently. Stir in the parmesan cheese and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  • Drain the pasta, reserving a bit of cooking water. Toss the pasta in the creamy sauce, adding pasta water to loosen if needed.
  • Serve the creamy parmesan pasta with the garlic butter chicken bites on top. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra parmesan cheese.

Notes

Feel free to customize the dish by adding vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, or broccoli. You can also swap pasta types or make it dairy-free with suitable alternatives.
