Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups diced chicken breast
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds and fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the chicken: In a bowl, season diced chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked through.
  • Sauté the vegetables: Add minced garlic, red bell pepper, and broccoli to the skillet. Stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes until the veggies are tender but still crisp.
  • Add sauce: Drizzle the soy sauce and honey over the chicken and veggies. Stir well to coat evenly and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish and serve: Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro. Serve immediately over steamed rice or enjoy as-is for a low-carb option.
