- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- ¼ cup melted butter plus more for cooking
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1️⃣ Prepare the Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
