  • 1 cup shredded cheese Monterey Jack & Cheddar blend

For the Honey Mustard Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Seasonings:

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Divide the sauce into two portions—one for marinating, one for dipping.

  • Coat each piece with half of the honey mustard sauce and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Sear the Chicken
